SEO Tool Roundup
I recently came across a number of new and useful SEO tools. Some of them were emailed to me and others were from browsing around the web. Below is a roundup post citing some of them. Here is a free tool to search for DMOZ categories that are being actively maintained. Now someone just needs to cross reference that by the DMOZ extortion prices.
I recently installed the Xinu competitive research tool on my tools subdomain.
On DaveN's blog Rob recently mentioned many cool greasemonkey SEO scripts.
Tips on how to use a free open-source spam generator. (I have not tested this).
TrustMeter Wordpress plugin - shows where your pages rank for their page titles.
Joost also recently created a meta tag plugin for Wordpress.
oyoy.eu - lists a whole bunch of free SEO tools.

How come every time I come visit this site you come up with more toys for me that make me spend more time tweaking my sites and increasing my google rank? Stop it already :)
Well done! Don't know where i would be without seobook!
Cheers Aaron. have been using the oyoy plugin for firefox and have found some of it to be useful - some of it doesn't work all the time.
Like the idea of the Dmoz script to check who's now charging against all the categories - now that would be a tool that could change the face of Dmoz forever - or they could ignore it!
Great post, love your work! I agree with Trophaeum... so much work.
SEO Quake Toolbar for FireFox is a must have. It simply rocks.
Also try seotoolland.com, they have a directory of all these tools. SeoBook tools are in there as well...

More powerful resources. Thanks.
Hi, thanks for writing about my plugin (TrustMeter). I am reading your blog sinse 2004.
Is there a way to analyze all the back links for a site even if they are 30000+
SEO book tool does a great job in analyzing and creating a report but it is limited to 1000 backlinks.
Kindly let me know.
Hi Rajat
if you own the site Google will allow you to download all your inlinks from there.
