Make them pay up front, if they dont pay dont work for them
This doesn't happen to us anymore, as we don't do any work that hasn't been paid for upfront. We learned through loosing a lot of money that our clients will have to pay upfront for any services we're to perform. Long ago one person didn't pay, and I threatened to targeting their company name with a page that said "They don't pay their bills" ...that threat was eneough to get them to pay...doesn't work every time though....it's easier to have them pay upfront for any services.
Same here. Pay up front is the way it works or no project.
I normally ask to receive payment on the 5th of each month no later for my monthly retainer SEO projects. I has been doing well, I hade a ton of issues before and got cheated of a ton of money. Live and Learn.... LOL
