New(ish) SEO Blogs
I have cut back on my reading quite a bit due to moving, getting a cool girlfriend, taking time to actually live, working on too many projects, and getting more email than I can handle, but there are a bunch of great SEO blogs out there that deserve more exposure. Convert Up - Brian Thibault is one of Andy Hagans friends...which automatically means he has to be good at business. A couple of his posts
- Organic Rankings Based on PPC - why tracking PPC conversions is a great way to show what keywords you should be targeting in your SEO campaign
- Website Master Log - what have you tested so far? Why are your conversions up or down?
- 5 Reasons Mac will Overtake Windows in the Home by 2012 - I think he is right too. I just bought a Mac Book pro so I can be more in tune with that market.
DigitalGhost - just found commentful, also keeps us up to date on the changing face of copyright law and orphaned works.
Blue Hat SEO - Eli's blog is actually a year old...his one year anniversary post is refreshing and highlights many cool posts made by him and others, including how to make $100 a day, how to make $200 a day, and these two domaining posts.
Joe Whyte recently blogged about Newsvinne ranking factors.
Stoney G deGeyter's E-Marketing Performance recently launched a free keyword research guide [PDF], which includes great information and links to tools like this Dependancy-based Word Similarity tool.
I also enjoy reading Chris Hooley's blog, Payday Loan Affiliate, and some Tropical SEO.
Any other new SEO or marketing blogs you fancy?

I bought all of Edward Tufte's books, but have not yet read them.
Thanks for the mention as well aaron. I always look forward to your posts and hope to blog about more interesting topics in the future...and most importantly give specific details for the noobs...we've all been a noob at one point ;)
I really enjoy the seo blog over at Profit Geek. I think they do a great job on it...Its really really new, so I'm sure they still have some bugs to work out. But overall....I enjoy it. They also aren't afraid to speak their minds as you can see by their most recent post. The url is http://blog.profitgeek.com
I go through stages where I read 100 - 200 blog posts in a day and other times I'll try to focus soley on tasks I need to accomplish.
How many blogs are you subscribed to Aaron?
http://www.10e20.com/ is a cool newish SEO blog with some big time readers including Bill Slawski (really like SEObytheSEA but it's not new.)

Thought I'd chip in and mention http://www.scoreboard-media.com/
They got a pretty sweet blog over there.
Yeah his blog rocks, and I love his comments on TW as well.
I am going to give Alister Cameron a plug
Not an SEO as such, but doing some good viral linking work (that other term is out of fashion... maybe)

Thanks, Chris!....and Aaron!
Tropical SEO sucks. Y'all should delete him from your Bloglines immediately. At least 24 of you. I will pay.
CMS for SEO attempts to hit on mostly SEO topics but also focuses on issues that revolve around search optimized content managment solutions

I'm kind of all over the map with what I read; the philosophy I follow is to try to pull in as much information as I possibly can, as quickly as I can...thank you very much for the mention as well; I suppose I should put comments on so people can tell me that my grammar is incorrect. :)

Don't feed the Scoreboard troll.
I bought a mac mini when they first came out and it certainly gave me a taste of something better than a PC
I am slowly upgrading to mac totally and it is so wonderful, sleek ans smooth.
I agree with the mac article guy.....
Lee Odden has the list: http://www.toprankblog.com/search-marketing-blogs/
He updates it weekly.
So many good blogs abd so little time to read them all. I have given up trying to follow more than a couple of blogs. Information overload in the blogsphere is a huge problem. Good list of interesting blogs though!
Thanks for the mention Aaron.

Hey Aaron, thanks for the mention and link to the Keyword Research PDF we just put out. I hope your regular readers find it valuable!
Well I am biased. But I like mine: www.combust.org
Nice list. I like Eli's approach. Man after my own heart.
Aaron, ever read Edward Tufte? I know you said you cut back on reading, but if you haven't read is books (4 of them now) on statistical evidence, information design, and interface design, add them to your list.
